International Marriage Broker Regulation Act 2005 (IMBRA)

Dear USA clients,

The IMBRA requires that all IMB (International Marriage Brokers), USA based or not, provide a personal disclosure from USA citizens and permanent residents to foreign nationals they wish to make contact with. The intent of this law is to help foreign women detect criminals and sexual offenders.

You need to fill the disclosure only once. Please complete it honestly and remember that a minor offence doesn’t prevent anyone from engaging into a relationship. We will forward your disclosure translated in her native language to the foreign woman you wish to communicate with. We provide this service for Free. She will read the disclosure and indicate that she agrees to communicate with you by signing it. She will keep this document and use it when applying for the K-1 Fiancée Visas.
